By using this website or booking a session, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and do not submit booking requests.

Services described

Session descriptions, rates, and schedules on this site are informational. A booking is confirmed only when we send written acceptance and, where applicable, receive the requested deposit.

No investment advice

Our training addresses chart-reading practice and false breakout filtering. It does not constitute personalised investment advice, a solicitation to trade, or a promise of trading results. You remain responsible for your own trading decisions and risk.

Intellectual property

Drill sheets, replay selections, checklists, and site content remain the property of Insight Trellis Field Limited. You may keep materials provided for your personal study. Redistribution, resale, or public posting of proprietary drills requires prior written consent.

Accounts and conduct

During sessions you agree to follow Lab rules, refrain from harassment, and avoid sharing other participants’ charts or personal information outside the room.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Insight Trellis Field Limited is not liable for trading losses, indirect damages, or decisions you make after attending training. Our aggregate liability arising from a booked session is limited to the fees you paid for that session.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or our services, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

Changes

We may update these terms periodically. The version published on this page applies from the date of posting unless a booked contract states otherwise.
