Data we collect
Enquiry forms may include your name, email address, session of interest, and message content. When you enrol we may also hold billing references, attendance records, and charts you voluntarily share for coaching.
Purposes
We use data to respond to enquiries, schedule sessions, deliver training, process refunds where applicable, improve our curriculum, and meet legal or accounting duties in Hong Kong.
Retention
Enquiry messages without a booking are typically retained up to 18 months. Enrolment and invoicing records are kept for up to 7 years to satisfy accounting requirements. Charts you share for a session are deleted or returned according to the coaching agreement, usually within 90 days after the engagement ends unless you ask us to keep them for follow-up Labs.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with payment processors, IT hosts, or professional advisors when required to operate the studio, and with authorities when legally obliged.
International transfers
If a processor stores data outside Hong Kong, we take reasonable contractual and technical steps to protect it consistent with Hong Kong privacy expectations.
Your rights
