Refunds and rescheduling

Eligibility overview

Refunds depend on how far in advance you cancel, whether materials have been prepared, and whether the session has already begun. Written notice to info@insight-trellisfield.click is required.

False Breakout Filtering Intensive

• Full refund of fees paid if you cancel at least 14 days before the first evening and printed packs have not been produced for you.
• 50% refund if you cancel between 13 and 7 days before the first evening.
• No refund within 6 days of the first evening, after the cohort starts, or for evenings already delivered.
• Deposits that secure a place are credited toward the balance; they follow the same timing rules as fees above.

Chart Replay Coaching

• Full refund or free reschedule if you cancel at least 48 hours before the appointment.
• Within 48 hours, the session fee is non-refundable; we may offer a single reschedule at our discretion if instructor time remains unused.
• Packages of three: unused sessions remain valid for 90 days from purchase and follow the same notice rules.

Practice Lab Drop-In

• Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the Lab evening.
• No refund for later cancellations or no-shows; seats may be offered to waitlisted traders.

Work already started and materials

Once an Intensive evening or coaching hour has begun, that portion is non-refundable. Custom replay libraries prepared for your markets are non-refundable after preparation begins, even if you later cancel remaining hours.

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule may be granted for Intensives when notice is given at least 14 days ahead and another cohort seat exists. Lab seats can be moved once if notice meets the 24-hour rule and capacity allows.

No-shows

Failure to attend without notice is treated as a late cancellation. Remaining package sessions are unaffected except for the missed appointment itself.

Refund process and timing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of written approval. Bank or card processing times may add several days beyond our transfer.

Exceptions

Serious illness or travel disruption documented in writing may allow a goodwill credit toward a future session even when a cash refund is unavailable. Credits expire after six months.
